Check your Spam or Junk Mail folder, as well as the settings that filter your emails. You may need to add BidSelect.com to your "allowed" senders list. Some emails originating from BidSelect are sent right away, while others are queued and scheduled to send at a designated time. Depending on the type of email you are expecting, it may not have been sent yet.

Type your current password. We ask you to do this as a security measure even though you are already signed in to the website. Type in a new password and confirm new password. Click the update button to save your changes.

Search/Share/Save Properties

From the homepage, enter City, State, County or Zip and click Search. After search results are displayed, use the Refine Search feature to better match your interests/eligibility. You can also use Advance Search to further define your search criteria.

My Searches will organize your saved searches. You can easily execute a saved search to view available properties, share your saved searches or delete them. When you save your search, BidSelect will notify you when there are new listings or price reductions on listings that match your search criteria. You can save up to 100 searches and access them through My Searches under My BidSelect.

You can save up to 100 favorite properties and access them through My Favorites under My BidSelect.

Email to Friend/Agent allows you to send details about a property listing to a friend, or possibly your agent. This feature is available from the property details page for each property listing on BidSelect. Simply click on the Email to Friend/Agent icon, enter the recipients email address and an optional message then click Send. BidSelect will send a property link to your designated recipient.

Share/Save allows you to share basic property information through various social networking and bookmark sharing sites. This feature is available from the property details page for each property listing on BidSelect. Simply hover over the Share/Save icon and select an option, such as Facebook or Twitter. You can also email property information using popular applications, such as Gmail or bookmark the property in your browser.

Go to My BidSelect and select My Searches. Locate your saved search and un-check the appropriate box in the Notify Me column. You can also delete a saved search to discontinue notifications. Click on Save to retain your settings.

Submit/Manage Offers

Sign in to your BidSelect account. Go to My BidSelect and select My Offers to view Received Offers. To view the details of an offer, click on the confirmation number. Use the available filters to view offers that are Pending My Response or Pending Buyer Response.

Plus SignAs a Buyer's Agent, how do I view/manage offers that I have submitted on Bidselect?

Sign in to your BidSelect account. Go to My BidSelect and select My Offers to view Submitted Offers. To view the details of an offer, click on the confirmation number. Use the available filters to view offers that are Pending My Response, Pending Seller Response and Saved but not submitted.

Register to obtain a Name Address Identifier (NAID) on the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) website.

Plus SignWhat is required to submit offers on HUD-owned properties?

To submit offers on HUD-owned properties, your principal broker must register to obtain a Name Address Identifier (NAID) on the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development website. Once your broker's NAID has been issued, he/she will need to register as a Bidder.

Note: If you are a selling agent or associate broker, your principal broker must register first BEFORE you can register and submit bids under your broker's NAID.

It is also important to register as a HUD broker or selling agent on BidSelect so that you can receive communications relating to new listings, sales incentives and important changes to HUD processes and programs.
