Agents can submit offers if they are registered on BidSelect. Register for a free Buyer's Agent account. If you are
already registered, review the following instructions or view available e-Learning videos
for step-by-step instructions.
Locate a property and click the Submit Offer button. If you are not signed-in you will be prompted to
do so. Note: For HUD-owned properties, you will be linked to
HUD's website to submit your buyer's offer.
Step 1 - Enter Offer Information
- Complete all required fields and click Continue.
Step 2 - Review and Submit Offer
- Review the offer information you entered. If you are ready to submit the offer, click Submit.
- If you need to make changes, click Change.
- If you are not ready to submit the offer, click Save and Close. Note: As long as the bid period has
not ended, you can open and submit the offer from My BidSelect at a later date/time. You will not be able to change
the details of your buyer's offer.
Step 3 - Confirmation
- Review next steps for what is expected if the Seller accepts your offer.
- You can also print the confirmation and access available documentation for the property.
Accepted or Acknowledged
Listing Agent or Buyer's Agent has reviewed the offer and it was accepted. Binding contract is subject to receipt of required sales contract and/or requested documents.
Offer submitted and held as backup due to negotiation on another offer.
Best & Final Requested
Listing Agent has reviewed the offer and requested a best & final. Pending response from the Buyer's Agent.
Best & Final Submitted
Buyer's Agent has responded to the Listing Agent's best & final request. Pending response from the Listing Agent.
The offer has been terminated by the Listing Agent at the request of the Buyer's Agent.
Countered by Buyer
Buyer's Agent has reviewed the offer and countered the Listing Agent's counter. Pending response from the Listing Agent.
Countered by Seller
Listing Agent has reviewed the offer and it was countered. Pending response from the Buyer's Agent.
The Buyer's Agent did not respond to a counter offer or best & final request prior to the defined deadline. The offer is now expired.
Buyer's Agent created offer but did not submit it for the Listing Agent's review.
Incomplete Offer Expired
